I heard Dr. Pedro Noguera Speak Today!

He is awesome! Dr. Noguera was the keynote speaker at the 3rd Annual Minority and Urban Education Symposium today at the University of Maryland, College Park. He so plainly and eloquently expressed the importance of thinking of schools at political landscapes and described how African-American and Latino students are getting the short end of the stick.
